SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA------------------------------------------------------------

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free within India when you pay online via debit card, credit card, Paypal, net banking or bank transfer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a flat Shipping charge of Rs.150.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, we confirm each order over the email or phone call. We hold the order for at least 24 hours before the same is processed for shipping. The selected Products would be sent to the customers through a designated Courier service, with whom we would be sharing your contact information.

Taxes & Duties

All items shipped by us within India are inclusive of GST/VAT/OCTROI

Delivery

Once the goods are dispatched it takes the courier service 3-10 working days to deliver within India.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Delivery to a particular location may be refused in case the courier service does not service the region or the service is refused for whatsoever reason.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Tracking Package

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping company.

All products shipped by us are fully insured.

Shipping Fee

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee. Please check APPROXIMATE shipping charges upto 1kg below:

USA - US $20
UK - 15 pounds
Europe - 20 pounds
Australia - AUD $30
Singapore - SGD $25

Rest Of The World – 20 Pounds

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Duties & Taxes For International Orders

Goods to international destinations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping Courier company (India Post, DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Delivery

Once the goods are dispatched it takes the service 7-20 working days to deliver outside India depending upon the location.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.) , then Capra will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal.

Payments through credit cards are accepted through our secure online payment gateway partners.

In a credit card transaction, you must use a credit card that is preferably in the name of the person placing the order. However, this is not a precondition for placing orders with us. We will not be liable for any card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to prevent use of a credit card fraudulently is on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' exclusively rests on you in event of a probable fraud.

Capra handles and stores all personal information received from you in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy in this regard.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Flat Shipping of Rs.100 on COD orders.

COD is an option to pay at delivery for your product instead of, in advance.

The maximum single order limit for COD is Rs. 5,000/-. There is no limit on the number of orders you can place under COD. However, each dispatch under COD will be made after receiving payment of all preceding orders.

All orders placed via COD will be verified through email or telephone before the dispatch takes place.

Capra may refuse COD transaction at its discretion.
